Custom may be the answer you're looking for, let's set a time aside to go over all of your options...as the possibilities are endless!

It's free to do so, this is where I learn about your hair goals, knowing what you want out of your alternative hair, helps me put together a few options & quotes

After you receive your follow up email, take your time going over your options as you make your decision. If you have follow Q's, no problem - shoot them my way!

Now we can get a package of samples headed your way. If no samples are necessary once your deposit is received, your order will be submitted to Jon Renau

If something comes to mind and you want to change the length, colour or base size . I can always ask. As long as we have the time to do so they will accommodate the request.
This can feel like forever, when you've final decided to go ahead with it. Waiting is the hardest part. I follow up on ETA's at certain points throughout the 8-10 week production time, I will keep you posted if there's going to be any sort of delay.
Please Note: There has been a lot of changes when it comes to production since March 2020, the wait time can now take up to 12 wks+.
Some orders can be rushed at an added cost. Anything with the French Knotting technique, over 12" in length or having grey added cannot be rushed in.

This is the biggest question of all, as it should be when your purchase is nonrefundable. There is no need to worry! My main goal is your hair happiness & Jon Renau's is providing just that. Together if anything arises, your piece is either fixed or remade (depending on the circumstances)

I've been working hard to create a space that feels like you’re stepping straight into the pages of a Jon Renau catalogue. Come immerse yourself in a wide selection of top-quality wigs & toppers, while I guide you through all the options offered; together we’ll find the ideal fit and style in a warm, welcoming environment.
Book your visit as of January 13th, 2026, to transform your look with confidence!
Please note parking is free; however, there is no elevator access. I am on the second story of the Gordon House (circa 1881), now Smileline Dentistry.
