Wig & Topper Consultations
Policy Overview
When you book an appointment here at The Wig Wardrobe, a non-refundable fee of $25 will be collected a short time after you submit your reservation. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact | 289-928-WIGS (9447) or info@thewigwardrobe.ca.
Fee Application and Credit Terms
- · If a purchase is made during your visit, your reservation fee becomes a $25 credit towards your new do.
- · If no purchase is made during our visit, that’s okay, there is no obligation, the full reservation fee will be kept to cover our time spent together.
Additional Conditions
- The booking fee and credit policy applies to each appointment individually.
- There is no charge if a second visit is required.

Time can be scarce for many of us, making it challenging to commit to traveling to Ajax or booking a full hour for a consultation. To accommodate your needs, I am happy to offer a free initial online meeting. This way, you can determine if my services are the right fit for you before making any further commitments.

Online consults, prior to covid, have always served as a valuable opportunity for me to connect with clients throughout Canada. Whether you are nearby or miles apart, I am dedicated to making these connections meaningful and accessible.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is helping those I have never met in person. The challenge of creating the perfect hairstyle for someone miles away, and then hearing the excitement in their voice when they see the results, is truly my favourite part of what I do.

Both the HD and human hair option have been discontinued.
This topper is heavier than the easiPart XL HD option, but if you wear the 12" or 18" easiPart XL HD, this is a great opportunity to switch to human hair.
