Once your deposit is received you will be sent tracking info and simply wait for it to arrive.
If picking up; you receive a personal code to unlock the bin, which is located at my front door.

At this point we go over everything and place your order.

When you're sending the samples back, please be sure to use the comb provided to gently comb from the bottom up. These samples are my babies, if you feel a knot, please don't fight thought it...use your fingers 1st to loosen the knots. Starting your care practise off in this manner will only ensure your piece will last as long as possible.

By this point all the logistics have been worked out; with your account is at a $0.00 balance, your order is now route.
Once you receive her, please take a moment to ensure everything is just right, all wig & topper orders can be returned, exchanged and/or refunded if need be, as long as it's within the 2 days allotted.

If you're able to pick up the samples, your final order should be in your hands within a few business days. All orders placed are arrive at my location within 1-3 business days if available, as soon as they hit my door they are prepared to ship out. Tracking is provided for peace of mind.

50% of the Sample Box fee, is tucked away into a Wiggy Bank, used to replace or be able to add up-to-date items and/or colours when new Collections are launched.
The remainder of fee aids in covering preparation, cleaning & repacking them to go back out as well as the paperwork portion.
